Welcome to Kindred, a family calendar and intentional time planner created as an extension of Shiloh's Home, a product of The Quantum Coalition Network ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform accessible via https://kindred.shilohshome.info (the "Service").

By accessing or using Kindred, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Kindred is designed for families and households. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and manage a household. Parents or legal guardians may add family members, including children, to their household account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Each household may have up to two co-owners who can manage members, settings, and billing.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account and household profile.

You agree not to use Kindred to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
• Attempt to interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the Service.

Kindred may offer paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.
• Failed payments or expired subscriptions may result in restricted access to the Service.

All content, branding, software, and materials provided through Kindred are owned by The Quantum Coalition Network or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

Kindred is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Kindred is a family-support tool and is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Quantum Coalition Network and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Kindred after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Kindred at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
